Service Agreement
Upon engaging our services, you will receive a detailed service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Both parties must agree to the terms specified in the service agreement before commencing any work.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback to ensure the successful delivery of services. You agree to:
- Provide necessary access to relevant information, systems, and personnel.
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and terms of payment.
Payment Terms
Fees and Charges
All fees for services provided by Tech Consulting Brisbane are outlined in the service agreement. Fees may be based on an hourly rate, fixed project cost, or retainer, depending on the nature of the service.
All prices will be given excluding GST.
Payment Schedule
Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods agreed upon by both parties.
Confidentiality
Non-Disclosure Agreement
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed to reinforce this commitment.
Data Protection
Tech Consulting Brisbane is committed to protecting your data and maintaining confidentiality. Any personal or business information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property created during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to reports, designs, and code, remains the property of Tech Consulting Brisbane until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Use of Work
Tech Consulting Brisbane retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Consulting Brisbane and Iain White shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Termination
By the Client
You may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Any fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due immediately.

Tech Consulting Brisbane reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with these terms or engages in activities that are unlawful or harmful to our business interests.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
